Using podcasting as a platform we recorded a series of short interviews with staff at all levels at London & Capital to give prospective employees an insight into what it is like to work there.
The Brief
London & Capital wanted to put across what working life is like with them as part of their ongoing people strategy. We worked with their marketing team to set up interviews with staff across the business, hosted by Marc Taylor, himself a long standing employee.
Our Approach
We recorded short interviews with the staff, using the same questions for consistency, and edited their episodes to create a feel for the working environment is like at London & Capital.
The Result
The podcast series is a great way for London & Capital to showcase what they can offer, and for prospective employees to be able to pick and choose which interviews they want to listen to based on which roles they are interested in within the organisation.
